Bam Gazik Mine

A beautiful gem in the heart of the Gazik mountains, with ruby-like grains sparkling within.

The Pomegranate Seed Granite Mine, which has shone in various domestic and international markets for around 20 years, has captivated a discerning clientele with its unique appeal. It is one of the distinctive granite mines in the Gazik region of South Khorasan Province, covering an area of over 1.9 square kilometers in the region's high mountains. So elevated is its location—recognized as the highest point in the area—that the mine is known as the 'Bam Gazik' Granite Mine.

ROVAMINE, utilizing the latest mining methods available in Iran, began operations at this remarkable mine in late 2023. With planned infrastructure improvements and full equipment upgrades, we aim to increase its annual production capacity to the permitted levels outlined in the mine’s operational license by the end of 2024.

Currently, this mine offers Pomegranate Seed Granite in four grades, each with its own unique depth and beauty. Two of these grades are primarily exported to European markets, while the other two have a growing base of loyal customers among domestic factories and projects. To meet the rising demand from the mine's product network, ROVAMINE is committed to increasing quality production as planned.

The products from this mine are primarily used in interior and decorative spaces, such as kitchen countertops, bar tables, TV walls, feature walls behind bedroom headboards, and other luxurious interior applications. These include countertops and backdrop walls for reception areas, entryway lobbies in luxury buildings, and more.
